Kelly has 19 years of experience in the Athens area. She was a founding partner of Epps, Holloway, DeLoach & Hoipkemier, LLC, in 2016. Prior to opening her own firm, Kelly practiced estate planning and elder law at Fortson, Bentley and Griffin, for 17 years. Kelly’s practice is focused on estate planning, estate administration and elder law. Kelly is a member of the Georgia and Western Circuit Bar Associations. She has served as Treasurer for the Western Circuit Bar Association for 10 years.
Kelly graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1999. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics Education from Berry College in 1992 and her Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia in 1995.
Kelly has served on the boards for several local non-profit organizations. Currently she is on the board and is secretary of both the Athens Area Community Foundation and the Athens Community Council on Aging. She is on the Planned Giving Council for her alma mater, Berry College, and she serves on the committee for the local Alzheimer’s Walk.
Kelly’s hobbies include traveling nationally and internationally, watching movies and spending time with her friends and family.
